Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Can I sue a carpet installer? Big company called LUNA carpet in Illinois.
He recent new carpet installed. Many issues with improper installation, damage to furniture, damage to driveway. Can't get customer service to respond and calling, emailing Eric for month now.
What is my recourse? Is this small claims?
Thanks.

Yes, you can sue anyone for anything. Whether or not you will win is a fact specific question. You may sue in small claims court if your claim is not more than $10,000.
