Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Truck Purchase
I recenlty purchased a truck in march and obtained financing through a credit union. The dealership sent me the title and not the credit union. Does this mean that I own the truck and do not have to make any payments or do I have to legally sign the title and send it to the credit union as they have asked me to.
