Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
I was wandering what the judge meant when he said that the case was dismissed without prejudice at Plantiff's cost. Please explain. The case was a Petition for Rule to Show Cause and that was dismissed. Thank you.

Without prejudice means it can be refiled at a later date.
