Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Warrants
What can I do about a warrant I have pertaining to a judge
ruling because I didn't show for court with proof of insurance on a car I don't own anymore? I was pulled over for speeding and got a ticket for it plus one for no car insurance. When I went to court the judge threw the speeding ticket out and gave me another court date to give me a chance to get car insurance.I missed that court date, therefor, there is a warrant out for my arrest. What do I do?
