Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
Warranty
I purchased a PC from CyberPower PC with a 3 year on site warranty. This was my reason for purchasing this warranty. I was also told by the sales team that this warranty covers all components of the PC for the full 3 years. I have been made to do my own PC diagnostics and have even been advised to put a paper clip into my power supply in order for them to successfully diagnose an issue I have had. I want to get a refund on my PC purchase but I do not have the money to afford a lawyer. Is it possible to start a legal suite without having any out of pocket costs? I know that Dell has a lawsuit against them for a similar practice.

Re: Warranty
There will be a filing fee when you file your lawsuit even if you choose to proceed without an attorney.
