Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois
My wife purchased a stick of mitchum deoderant. Buried approx. 1/8" under the surface was what i believe to be an industrial fuse. She sustained only superficial scrapes to her underarm. Everything has been photographed. I contacted the parent company and they immediately said to mail it back. That threw up a red flag. Not even an offer of replacment. Not sure if there is any legal action to pursue.
