Legal Question in Consumer Law in Illinois

for the last two years I sit in a coffe shop mon thru friday with a group of colleagues, each morning for coffee and chat before going to work; since the location has opened. Suddenly, without warning, the store manager came over and asked me to leave saying that I was loitering and said nothing to the other patrons there who most come regulary or to anyone else in my group. We type of law complaint can this be called?
