Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

A $4,850 Judgement Owed

5/16/08 Respondant ordered to pay $50 bi-weekly + 9% per annum

III. that this order is a final order of this and there is no just cause to delay enforcement or appeal of the same.

1/30/09 I filled a petition to find her in contempt for failure to comply.

3/16/09 we went to court, and she claimed that her job would not work around her visitation with her kids weekends so she quit, therfore unable to pay. the judge stated he could not argue against good faith, although he was not sure if he believed her, yet still would not find her in contempt.

Therefore it was dropped.

3/17/09 Next day I gained some info that can prove she lied in court

on several occasions. And I can provide witnesses.

What can I do to ask the court to reconsider, And who can help me?

P.S. She has an attorney

She has an attorney, but is not employed and unable to pay your judgment? Hmmm, money for the attorney but not for you? You may want to file a petition with the court for a hearing to reconsider. This message is not legal advice because you are not as yet my client.
