I took a $30,000 loan on my home for daughter to have tooth implants, how can I get her to pay me back?

Your options are ask her or sue her. The problems with suing her is that it may irretrievably damage your relationship with your daughter, and, if she genuinely does not have the money to repay you, a lawsuit will not change that. If you can work it out amicably, that would be best for both of you for a number of reasons.
