Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

My 11 year old daughter made several unauthorized purchases using my bank issued debit/credit card. Am i liable for those charges?

I cannot think of any legal theory or argument where you would not be liable. If an individual OTHER than someone for whom you are financially responsible used your card, sure. But ultimately, you are responsible for what your daughter does.
