Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I applied for a payday loan with WILLIAMS ONLINE CREDT. I did't receive the loan and a $19.00 fee was taken out of my checking account. I cannot reach anyone on the phone. How can I get my money back.

Demand proof from the bank of a signed authorization for the charge. If they do, then learn not to sign documents unless you read them fully. You may have authorized the charge.
