Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
I have aquestion? how to make someone to pay me back the money that I did loaned to someone.It has been a year since I have lent the money to the person who has no intententions of returning the amount of almost 10 .OOO US $ and is not giving me any specific dates when he is plannning to do that.
I did signed a contract with this person and in the contract we had agreed that he will returne the cash value at the end of august 2009. Please give me advice what should i do to resolve this problem .I can't afford to hire attorney at this time and the money was my whole annual savings .

You will need to sue the individual. Since the amount is $10,000, you should be able to sue this individual in small claims.
