What can I do to avoid paying a judgement in the amount of 5631.97 to equable ascent fin, LLC? This was a credit card debt.

If it is already a judgment, the only way to avoid paying it is bankruptcy. If you can vacate the judgment, they may have a difficult time proving their claim.
