Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I was out on my bachelor party a few weeks ago. We ended up at a strip club and I was taken inthe back for a private dance. I was very intoxicated by this point as we had been partying all night long. In the back I passed out. After an unknown length of time the bouncer got mr up and escorted me out. They handed me a slip that I signed and was dragged out by my friends. They were upset and felt I was taken advantage of. I woke up the next day with a $693 charge on my credit card. Needless to say the fianc is quite upset and I am not sure of any way around this. Are there any legal grounds for liability when intoxicated to the point of passing out like this?

Try refuting charge with credit card company, if not sue strip club and claim you were incompetent to enter into contract for services do to intoxication.
