Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
I bought a 2006 Pontiac G6, I had it for about ten months, I have had problems out of it from day one, I tried to take it back but they wouldn't take it, now the transmission went out and now I have no car and I'm still paying on it, I told them to come get it because I refuse to make payments anymore, What can I do to get me another car?

You bought a used car. What type of warranty did you get, if any. If you did not get a warranty, the seller has no obligation to take the car back and not go after you for missed payments. Only if you could document and prove that the seller hid the transmission damage, which is very hard to establish, could you possibly have a basis for going after the seller. They have an easy argument that you caused the problem after you bought the car. This shows a good reason to buy a warranty when you buy a used car.
