Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I brought a truck from howard pontiac dealer about 3 weeks ago and the check engine light came on last week and i took it back to howard and they check it best way that they could and the kight went off and came back on by law can i give them the truck back and get another Thanks

Sorry - slipped - If you can establish that they hid something, then maybe you can do something. Was it new or used? Warranty of any kind? What does the Bill of Sale and other docs say?
