I have a car loan which turned into a wage assignment.does this void my year warranty the Dealer gave me free if my payments are current

? This is too confusing: you say you are current in your payments but your loan wound up in a wage assignment which usually means the creditor had to sue you and win. So which is it? On the other hand NORMALLY the sale/warranty and financing terms are separate, but your paperwork may make the connection. An attorney can help figure this out with you.
