Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

If my get a car got repossessed and i only make 10 dollars a hour and only 15 hours a week. what would happen in court.

Was in repossesed, or impounded? It makes no difference what you make or how many hours a week you work. If you failed to make payments on the car note, they can take it from you. If it got impouded by a CIty, they dont care how much you make. You will have to pay up to get the car released.
