Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Can I be charged with anything for using a credit card that I am an authorized user and not have told the primary user? My name is on the card and as an authorized user on the account.

It is a contract issue. If you are an authorized user, you can use the card. that does not mean that the account holder can't cancel the card so you have none in the future.
