Check Cashing
A payment had been sent to an organization and on the back of the check we printed ''Consider Debt to be paid in full'' and they cashed it. Will this hold up in court?

Hard to say. There are other issues that might be involved so if it goes to trial you will need to do some legal research on the issue or retain an attorney.
