Check Cashing

We have issued a check in error to a company which has the same name as another of our vendors. These businesses are in different cities. The business cashed the check knowing that there was no work performed for over 2 years. He is now stating that he spent the money and is disloving his business and filing bankruptcy. The check was for over $600. I there anyway to recover the funds for this.

Well it sounds like Fraud, and fraud is a reason why a bankruptcy will not get a discharge. File suit, and file adversary in bankruptcy if have too. www.frankvlaw.com
