Child Support
judge set ruling for child support for wages @ $40,000 a year, and are being deducted from my paycheck. I only make approx. $28,000 a year. How do I go about getting this adjusted.. They are deducting approx. 65% of my paycheck, how is this possible???

Did you attend the court hearing when the child support order was entered? I can not stress enough the need to appear in court when you are required to appear in court. Without you in court there is no one there, unless you hire an attorney, who is going to represent your interests.
Remember, that child support is based on income from all sources, not just what you make at your job.
If you believe there is a problem with the child support order then you need to file a motion with the court so that this matter can be brought before the court for you to show that the child support order is in error and ask the court to issue a new child support order based on your income.
