eing sued 4 plumbing bill that I signed 4 as a manager of property investment comp. Company didnt pay and I signed but did not put my title as manager of so they are holding me responsible. Is there any hope 4 my defense? THANK YOU!

If you signed individually agreeing to pay, the yes, you will probably be held responsible. It is certainly worth arguing that you only signed as manager. Good luck.
