Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Can we collect money which debtor deposited to his wife's account? The Debtor put company's income into his wife's account and company's account has no money to pay for debts.

Not sure who "we" are--judgment creditor, collection agency? However, in any case, I would not suggest doing this. You may be able to petition the court to allow this, but you will need to be able to prove your allegations.
