collection agency and civil suit

I filed an answer to a summoms I received for a credit card that I had more than 10 years ago. This credit card went through several collection agencies. The credit card company nor the collection agency is showing up on my credit report. I want to fight this in court since the paperwork I received with the summons did not show my signature, what are my chances of winning? I'm in the state of Illinois.
