Is this considered fraud

Is this considered fraud - my wife divorced me using my fathers name on the paperwork, she has now taken me (using my father's name again) back to court for money from a settlement I got - is she committing fraud from using my fathers legal name in the proceedings yet again?

No she is not committing fraud, she is making a stupid mistake. How long were you married that she doesn't know her husband's name from his father's name?
