Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

is this contract binding

I signed a contract with a consumer group and I was told I had to sign it then or I could never come back and join. They also never told me that I had three days to get out of the contract. Would I be able to get out of this contract?

yes, if you do it with in the 3 day, right of recission period.
