Court subpoena

If i am a victim of domestic violence and i am subpoenad to court and i dont show up what will happen to me? Will i get arrested?

If you don't show up the case may be dropped or the case may be continued and the court may hold you in contempt for refusing to honer the subpoena. Then you could be taken into custody. In most cases I have had experience with the witness is picked up and held for testimony at the next hearing.
