Credit Card Collectors

I am having problems paying my one bill from Best Buy, I currently do not have a job and I keep getting calls from them, every 20 minutes or so in a short period of time, are they violating my rights by attempting to reach me repeatedly in one day. They also do not leave messages on my answering machine, which is mostly the reason why I have many blank messages or messages just saying Hello? Hello?

The remedy you have is dependent as to whether it is the original creditor attempting to contact you or a 3rd party debt collector.
