Dear Sir, I have a judgment from GA court where the incedent was happend. Now the defendent moved to IL. What is the process to get the garnishment from his commpany where he is currently working?

Register the judgment in the county in which the defendant resides, and serve a wage garnishment on his employer. I would highly recommend hiring an attorney in the county where he resides. By the way, I appreciate the courtesy, but you are lucky I am not a ma'am!
