Debt collectors

A debt collected called my ex husaband and talked to him about my debt when he isn't on account and has nothing to do with it. Is that legal?

Depends on what information the debt collector offered to your husband. If your husband did all the talking, then probably the debt collector did not violate any laws. But these agencies break the rules all the time.
