Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

I went to a debt management co for help during a bad time. They did help settle some of my debt but the big debts are not settled yet. I had to go to court on two of these for judgement. I fell like the management company is not doing their part. Should I go directly to the credit card company and try to settle this on my own? or what?

In the main debt management companies may be of no use. they charge alot and have no ability to enforce their programs with the credit card companies. Bankruptcy is usually a better option. If there are two judgments against you, your credit is already messed up. Talk to a bk lawyer.
