Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Dissmissed for Want of Prosecution

I work for a non profit group in New Jersey. We are trying to obtain a loan. Yesterday the Bank told us that there was a Judgement in the Cook County, IL Court Sysytem (1997-M1-125374) against us. This is from a Previous Board of Director's. At the Bottom of the Judgment, it says Dissmissed for Want of Prosecution. What does this mean? Thank you.

Re: Dissmissed for Want of Prosecution

It should mean there is no judgment against your group. When you say, "bottom of the judgment" do you perhaps mean bottom of the complaint?
