Me and my exwife lost a small claims case against our old landlord. He quickly garnished my wages only not my ex wifes. He also hasn't taken into account I pay child support. Is there anything that can be done?

If the support is not being withheld from your wages, that is your misteak. If there is a support order, the money should be withhold from your wages. If it is withheld, he can not garnish your wages. If you are paying it directly, your wages are subject to garnishment. Paying support through an order of withholding is a poor man's bankruptcy.
