Can my ex-wife sue me or file a claim through the state of Illinois against me for a 2nd mortgage debt that I was supposed to pay according to our divorce agreement, but for which she has claimed bankruptcy?

If you agreed to pay a debt, her bankruptcy does not discharge that obligation. However, if she is no longer liable for that debt, she has no damages. But more importantly, the State does not go after debt issues, only support, so something does not make sense.
