fair debt question

I sent in a request for a company to stop auto payment but they ignored it. they continue to still take out money from my account. What rights do I have?

Did you write your bank and instruct them to not allow any more withdrawals from this account by that company? Did you keep a copy of that letter to your bank? Banks have a fiduciary responsibility to you to manage your account per your instructions and court orders. Do you need an attorney to help you?
