I filed an affidavit for wage deduction on 2/29/12 on 3/26/12 activity says wage deduction summons-retd p.s. What does it Mean? And what do I do next?

There was a return date on the wage deduction summons. The employer should answer on or before that date. The case is in a courtroom on that date. Appear and ask the court to order the wage deduction based upon the answer (if they answer that there are available funds.
