Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
Forcible entry and detainer
I pay the mortgage on a single family home within a Homeowners Association. Due to a past due debt of outstanding association dues, they have turned it over to legal action not willing to accept payments. Now served a summons for forcible entry and detainer. 1. what happens? Does court give you time to pay before they can evict you? 2. If I can pay whole amount does the summons get dismissed? LOOSING EVERYTHING DUE TO MORTGAGE SCAM; PLEASE HELP WITH THIS....

Re: Forcible entry and detainer
You need to speak with an attorney directly. An FED is used to evict someone. The facts as you have presented them just do not add up....
