friend owes me money

I lent a friend a lot of money, and he also stolen some from me. He used my debit card and took $1000 total in 2 separate occasions without my consent, and he also used my credit card once without my consent. In total he has over $6K of my money. He is not very solvent either. Can I sue him for all of the money in small claims court? I have disputed the credit card charge with my credit card company. I have 2 contracts with his signature on them with the amounts of $$ on them and also saying he'll pay me back. He does not deny anything either.

Yes, you can sue him for up to $10,000 in small claims.
