Hello! A friend recently found out that her paychecks and expense reimbursements from a former employer were incorrect, and that she is due compensation. The period in question is between March and July 2008. She was laid off of the job the following September 2008. Is there some time limitation or statute of limitations for addressing this discrepancy with her former employer, and if not, what are her next steps to getting compensated?
