garnishment

my daughter had a bill we went to court & consented 2 judgement made payment arrangements with atty. the amount the told us 2 pay. then 90 days later garnishment on checking acct . and now trying 2 garnish my daughters wages. we had no court date to go back and tell the judge this. the atty even used foul langauge when I asked what this was for.

Re: garnishment

Were you making the payments as agreed? If so, they should not be garnishing wages or bank accounts. If the attorney was verbally abusive, you can report him to the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
