Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
Hello,
I have a judgement on my credit report that i have never been served for. This is in 2014. It is still on my credit report. I would like to know if i can have this removed?

Credit agencies merely report. You have to research the underlying judgment - if you were never served, you need to get it vacated. If you were served by substitute service properly, it is a valid judgment. There are many possibilities, but the underlying judgment is the issue , nit its reporting.
