Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

My husband has a wage garnishment. The payment was to come out of the last 4 paychecks to fulfil the garnishment. He has lost his job and the payment have only came out of 3. (his last paycheck will reflected the third payment). He has un-used vaction time that he is expecting with his last paycheck can the garnishment for the fourth payment come from that pay? If so, would it help if there were to checks issued to him 1) wage paycheck and 2) vaction paycheck?
