Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Ijust got served with a citation to discoer assets today saturday and court is tuesday.. I have no money and I make more than the 120% federal income to qualitfy for free help how can I get an attourney to help me with no money and basically no time? The attourney has already gotten an wage garnishment and I have only ahouse that is going back to the bank with a deed in leu, and my 401k only has half the amount I owe this attourney who took over 8 years for my divorce and I still owe him 40,000 but only make about 27,000 a year. I need help and fast.

IF all you have is the 401k - it is exempt. If he already has a wage deduction, the only thing he can take is if you have more than $4000 in the bank.
