Illegal use of my home address

How do Igo about finding out and putting a stop to people that are using my home address and I haven't given permission to these people and I don't know them. All of a sudden I have started receiving mail for people that I have no idea who they are and I would like to have this issue address legally.

Check your credit report. This might be a case of identity theft.
