Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

In Illinois, I have a judgment and the debtor owns 3 automobiles. One is fully paid for and the other two have financing. How do I place a lien on the fully paid automobile?

You can not put a lien on anything. You can seek to have the Sheriff of the County in which the property is located to levy on whatever property may be located in his jurisdiction
