Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois
I have a judgement against me in colorado, i now live in illinois can the person i owe money to in colorado seize my personal vehicles in illinois under the colorado judgement or do they need to sue me in illinois?

The judgment creditor would be able to register the judgment in Illinois--a fairly simple process--and continue or commence collection activities in Illinois.
