Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

Judgement

One of my debtor had a judgement filed against me. I found another credit agency trying to collect the same amount still. What are my rights? Do they vacate the previous judgement?

Re: Judgement

I would check to see if the second collection agency is not trying to collect on the acutal judgment. If they are not then mail a copy of the judgment to the second agency and tell them that a judgment has already been entered against you for the same debt.
