Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Illinois

leased vehicle & Bankruptcy....help!

In 2005 I leased my vehicle which I owed, but I got a title personal loan, I leased my vehicle, the woman was paying as agreed. Well this year I had filed bankruptcy. My bankruptcy lawyer said they could touch this vehicle, they did, they repo it, and now this woman wants her money back, or for me to buy her a car. I cant buy a car Im fresh off my bankruptcy. I put the woman who lease the vehicle on my bankruptcy. she and her husband claim I commited fraud and they will take me to court. I need to know if I am liable for anything with this woman. She used this car, and payed for it, But I was told that this car wouldnt be repoed, when I started the bankruptcy, I told the bk lawyer that this car couldnt be touched. he said not to worry. what can or should I do?

If you have a discharge you are no longer liable if it is a scheduled debt.
