Am I legally obligated to repay this. A mortgage mortgage other than the servicer of my mortgage paid my property taxes in error 2002 during. I contacted my mortgage company and they were repaid. They again paid my property taxes during 2003. I have never had an account with them. They apparently used my tax ID number in the place place of their customer.

If I understand your question correctly, there is probably a strong argument that you would, based on unjust enrichment.
